How a Session Works

What to expect from an osteopathy session

1

Conversation

Every session begins with a conversation. It is important for me to understand your history, complaints, and lifestyle. This helps build a complete picture and find the root cause of the problem.

2

Diagnostics

Then I perform hands-on diagnostics: I assess tissue mobility, looking for tensions and restrictions. This helps me understand which techniques will be most effective.

3

Body Work

I work gently. I use cranial, visceral, and structural techniques β€” depending on what you specifically need. My goal is not to force the body, but to help it restore balance.

4

Recommendations

After the session, I explain what I found and what you can do at home to maintain the results. If necessary, I recommend a plan for further visits.

The Work Process

Every osteopathy session is unique because every person is unique. I do not use template protocols β€” I work with what your body shows me in the moment.

Osteopathic techniques can be directed at different structures: muscles and fascia, internal organs, skull and sacrum. The choice of technique depends on your problem and individual characteristics.

Session duration is usually 45-60 minutes for adults and 30-45 minutes for children.

Work Principles

Gentleness

Delicate techniques suitable even for newborns. Working with the body without pain or discomfort.

Individuality

No template protocols, only your body and its needs. Every session is adapted to you.

Wholeness

I view the body as a unified system. I look for the root cause, not just relieve symptoms.

Honesty

I do not promise what I cannot guarantee. I am honest about possibilities and limitations.
